Read left to right. First the system: how people find AT today, how they will find it from now on, and the look that ties it together. Then every page, in the order a new member meets it. Click any text to leave a note.
474 pieces published across LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube, to 741 followers in total (counted 16 Oct). Everything points at one long homepage, where nine member films sit in a carousel below the prices. No paid ads have run yet, so every new member so far came by word of mouth.

One main door: the Academy. To start, all three cold ads go to one main landing page, so we learn which ad and audience works. Everyone else lands on the homepage, where Learn More goes to each tier's own page. The free guide, the StarMap and Free Initiation are soft first steps. The first month free is a welcome bonus, not the reason they buy.
Now we addone main landing page, three soft first steps, the retargeting ladder and the emails, so the site takes people to the first step by itself.
Where Ambition Meets Awareness. Each paid tier includes everything below it. People join the Academy, and Foundations is the first course inside it. Free Initiation and the e-book sit in front as ways in.
Prices from your live site: the VIP rate is for life for the first 300 members, standard after launch. To confirm together.
Written plan, in scope (A2). One ladder for all three audiences: only the cold hook changes by audience. The ask stays one thing, the free month in the Academy, until they are in. No price shows in an ad. Their team installs the pixels on day one, so the audiences build from week one.
A hook only lands for the audience it was written for, so it can't go to a mixed pool. Proof (a member film, Martyn, the free month) works whichever hook they saw.
Needs a hook, so it runs per ad: people who watched the Stretched ad get another Stretched line. Pools start small. A few thousand people each is a rough guide. If one is too thin, show a member film to everyone until it grows.
Runs on proof, which works whatever hook they saw. The page they landed on was audience-specific, but the retarget doesn't need to be.
Guide and Initiation sign-ups are contacts. If the audience tag is saved at sign-up, the follow-up can be tailored; if not, it's generic. Their team controls that.
They're members now. The Mentor7 films don't depend on which ad brought them in.
Their team owns the ad account and the pixel, so Phase 1 hands over this written plan and the tagged links, and they decide the split.
Each stage excludes people who moved past it · frequency capped · members suppressed · nothing implies anything about a person's health, money or relationships.
A fire in a clearing, sparks rising into the stars, then dawn over the sea. Every page moves from night to daylight once. Gold is a line, never a fill. Real people only, from their own photos and films.

The human connection in a disconnected marketplace.

You don't have to carry this alone any more.
Banners marked "idea" are not in this phase. They show how far the look stretches.
Up to 15 seconds each, vertical, captions burned in: an opening hook that cuts to a short moment from a matching real member film. They run on Meta only and never sit on the website. One per audience: stretched, thriving, in transition. To start, all three go to one main landing page.
The site carries their own films: the Foundations VSL (the launch gift, in place of the two-minute impact cut), the impact video as it is, member stories, and the podcast intro and outro.

Not in this phase. These are the follow-ups that catch the people who don't join straight away. We map them together and build them in the next phase; your team sends them from GoHighLevel. Drafted here so the whole path is visible.
